We have been made aware of fraudulent phone calls where the caller pretends to be a bank employee, sometimes claiming to be from our Fraud Department. These callers may say they are contacting you about a suspicious ACH transaction and then ask for your cell phone number to set up two‑factor authentication. Do not share personal or account information (including phone numbers, Social Security numbers, or login credentials) with anyone who calls you. If you receive such a call, hang up immediately. Call us back using a phone number you know is legitimate (such as the number on the back of your debit card or our official website). Report any suspicious calls to us right away so we can take action. Your security is our top priority. Staying alert helps protect your accounts and personal information.
