Jewett City Savings Bank supports Web Connect and Direct Connect to assist you in updating your account data using your Quicken software from Intuit, Inc.
Quicken Web Connect
The Web Connect service is an on-demand update for your Quicken software that is completed by you at your convenience from within Online Banking. Simply sign in to Online Banking and use the Web Connect Download feature to export transactions directly from your account history and import them into your Quicken software. There are no fees for using the Web Connect service.
Quicken Direct Connect
The Direct Connect service allows Quicken to communicate directly with Online Banking. You will have to share your Online Banking User ID and Password with your Quicken software. You must register through Online Banking to establish the Direct Connect service. Accounts enrolled in the Direct Connect service will be charged a monthly service fee. Current fees are provided on the Quicken registration page in Online Banking.
Please be aware that when utilizing the Direct Connect service, you are sharing your Online Banking credentials. For security purposes, we do not recommend sharing your Online Banking credentials with any third-party relationship. We believe the most secure option for updating your account history in your Quicken software is by utilizing the free Web Connect service.
