If you’ve ever found yourself looking for your loan billing statement, either for tax purposes or because you are applying for a loan, you probably wished there was an easy way to get a copy – and now there is with paperless loan billing statements from Jewett City Savings Bank!

When you sign up for paperless loan billing statements, you will no longer receive a paper billing statement in the mail.  Instead, you will get an email alert that your loan billing statement is ready and waiting for you in Online Banking. Plus, you will be able to review and download past billing statements, going back at least 16 months.

How you get started depends on how you are already doing your banking with us:

  • If you are already using Online Banking but not eStatements
    Log in to Online Banking, select the eStatements link, and enroll in our eDocument Delivery Service. Keep in mind, this will sign you up for both paperless loan billing statements and deposit account eStatements.
  • If you are already signed up for eStatements
    You are almost there! While you don’t have to register for paperless loan billing statements, you do need to visit the eStatements section of Online Banking.  To activate paperless loan billing statements, simply click on the “Bills” document link. This will change your billing option from paper to electronic.  As of August 1st, you will no longer receive a paper loan billing statement in the mail.
  • If you are not signed up for Online Banking
    Now is a great time to give it a try! Click here to sign up for Online Banking using your loan account number to register. You will receive an email notification confirming your registration. You can then log in to Online Banking and select the eStatements tab to enroll in our eDocument Delivery Service.
