A Floating Customer Service Specialist travels throughout our branch network to provide retail support as needed.

This person will:

  • Serve our customers by processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, and cashing checks
  • Create new deposit accounts, issue debit cards, update information on customer accounts, and assist customers with any questions or problems related to their accounts
  • Maintain an accurately balanced cash drawer, uphold strict confidentiality standards and comply with federal regulations regarding monetary transactions.

Candidates must be willing to travel to our 7 locations in eastern Connecticut – from Putnam to Pawcatuck.

 

Job Requirements: 

No previous banking experience required. We offer a one-month paid training program at our Jewett City location to teach you all the basics.

We require a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of customer contact and cash-handling experience. Other required skills include exceptional customer service, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong communication, organizational and computer skills.

 

This is an on-site position.  We do not offer work-from-home or hybrid work options.
