On Thursday, September 22, we are introducing a new look to deposit and loan billing eStatements. Following that date, all eStatements will be delivered as PDFs that can be saved to your computer and will look just like the printed document you would receive in the mail.

You will easily be able to choose electronic or paper delivery for different accounts, and change the delivery method any time, within Online Banking.

A limited number of past eStatements will be converted to PDF documents and continue to be available through Online Banking. We will automatically retain the past 13 months of your deposit eStatements and 2 months of your loan billing eStatements as PDFs. All eStatements available on September 22 or delivered thereafter will be available as PDF documents for up to 7 years.

If you wish to keep any deposit eStatements older than 13 months or loan billing eStatements older than 2 months, you must download or print them before September 22.
