Our Visa Check Card offers full ATM access, plus the power of a check. Use your card at restaurants, gas stations, department stores – anywhere VISA debit is accepted. Since purchases are deducted directly from your checking account, just like writing a check, you avoid credit card finance charges. And, because it's also your ATM card, you can use it wherever you see the NYCE® and CIRRUS® symbols.

Avoid ATM Surcharges
Because we are a member of the SUM® program, you can avoid other banks ATM surcharges by using your Jewett City Savings Bank Check Card or ATM card at participating ATMs. Just look for the SUM logo on the ATM or find one near you by using the SUM ATM Locator.

To Report a Lost or Stolen Card
If your debit or ATM card is lost or stolen, or if you believe your PIN (Personal Identification Number) has been compromised, please contact us immediately. During business hours, you may call any branch office and speak with a Customer Service Representative. After business hours or any day the bank is closed, call HOT CARD Lost & Stolen Services at 1-800-264-5578.
