Congratulations to Terrill Sabourin!
On a recent Saturday, Deposit Operations Manager Terrill Sabourin provided a wonderful example of “customer service above and beyond the call of duty.” The incident led to her nomination and selection as the latest recipient of our Exceptional Service Award!
It all started when a customer having a problem with his debit card called one of our branches. The staff there did everything they could to try to fix the problem, but to no avail. As a last resort, they contacted Terrill at home for guidance. She soon realized the issue couldn’t be resolved over the phone, and would require a hands-on solution.
She didn’t hesitate to come in to the office on her day off to rectify the problem. To her, the important thing was to ensure that the customer had the use of his card for the weekend. When thanked for her efforts, she said she considered it as “all part of the job.”
The result? A grateful customer, an appreciative customer service representative, and a perfect example of exceptional service.
Congratulations, Terrill. And thank you for being a role model for us all.
